Speaking
Why should you invite Alicia to be a panelist, lecturer or keynote speaker at your upcoming event or conference?
First, the Black Lives Matter Movement, which Alicia co-founded, is one of the most celebrated and influential social justice movements of our generation. Alicia can speak strongly to crucial issues related to BLM — such as the intersections of racial justice, gender and LGBTQ equality, politics and Black radical thought.
She also is an experienced and dynamic orator who has spoken at numerous colleges and events including the University of Michigan, the Chicago Humanities Festival, the United Nations, the Citizen University National Conference and the University of Florida, to name a few.
